A. WINNING SPORTS & LEISURES employs a strong & professional QC team who inspects each order before shipment, any product with defects will be prohibited out of factory.
Q. How to get C&F or CIF price?
A. Normally our Price or quotation is based on FOB CHINA. If CFR or CIF PRICE required, Pls inform us your destination port and estimated quantity, we shall quote you the C&F or CIF price accordingly. If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us. Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can delivery your cargo promptly.
Q. How can I get your samples promptly?
A. Pls contact us via email (winningsports@126.com or winningsports@vip.163.com), fax, or phone to specify your sample order. If sample charges below USD15.0, samples are free of charge, but we will collect the express charges. But if over USD15.0, you are requested to pay for the sample cost & express charges.
Q. What's the payment term?
A. Usually 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid by T/T before shipment or paid by L/C at sight according to the amount.
Q. How long can you delivery our orders?
A. Usually MOQ takes us about 15-25days to ship your order after confirming your 30% deposit. If a rush order, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Q. Can I print my logo (OEM) on the packing ?
A. Yes, you can customize your logo and other information on the package. Pls provide us the design in good JPG. or PDF. , AI,CDR. format then we redesign for your confirmaiton. If quantity is based on 1x20'FCL for one item, it's FREE OF CHARGE, otherwise, you have to pay for the charge for the film and design.
